The Intel 8xC251TP is a D-Step 251 CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8/16/32-bit instructions and registers, 32 I/O lines, 3 Timers/Counters, WDT, 8 Interrupts/4 Priority Levels, Dual UART, PCA, 8KB on-chip ROM or EPROM, 512 Bytes on-chip RAM.
