Infineon SDA 80D51 A-U

The Infineon SDA 80D51 A-U is an 8051 combined 16bit DSP (OAK) for Speech Interface Applications with 8-channel 16bit PWM lines, 16-channel 8bit ADC, Analog Interface incl. all classic 8051 peripherals, i.e. 32 I/O lines, 256 Bytes On-chip RAM + additional XRAM.
