The STMicroelectronics uPSD3254A is a High speed standard 8032 core with: 256KB main Flash memory and 32KB secondary Flash memory, 32KB battery-backed SRAM, General purpose PLD, In-System Programming via JTAG channel, I2C, PWM, DDC, Timer/Counters, 4 channel 8-bit ADC, 2 UARTs, Supervisor with Reset In/Out, LVD, Watchdog Timer.
