The STMicroelectronics STR731FV2 is an ARM7TDMI based High-performance 32-bit RISC Microcontroller with Thumb extensions, Clock, Reset and Supply Management, PLL, Internal RC oscillator 32kHz/2MHz, Realtime Clock, Wakeup Timer, Nested interrupt controller 256 KBytes Flash ROM, 16 Kbytes RAM - 72 multifunctional bidirectional I/O lines, - 4 DMA controllers with 4 channels each, - 16-bit watchdog timer (WDG) - 6 16-bit timers (TIM) - 6 16-bit PWM modules (PWM) - 3 16-bit timebase timers with 8-bit prescalers - 2 I2C interfaces - 4 UART asynchronous serial communications interfaces - 3 BSPI synchronous serial interfaces - 3 CAN interfaces (2.0B Active) - 10-bit A/D Converter - 12 channels.
