Infineon C504 Watchdog Timer Example Program

This example program shows how to configure the programmable counter array watchdog timer for the following chips:

• Infineon C504-2R/-2E
• Infineon C504-L

After configuring the watchdog timer, the program runs a continuous loop to allow the timer to reset the microcontroller.

The debugger runs a script that displays the message: "Watchdog Timer Reset occured" along with the number of resets that have occured.
