Product Information | µVISION: ADDING A USER-SPECIFIC DEVICE DATABASE (CDB FILE)Information in this article applies to:
QUESTIONIs it possible to create user-specific device databases for µVision? ANSWERYes. The names of additional Device Databases must be manually added to the C:\KEIL\TOOLS.INI file. For example, you may want to create a device database that contains all of the Philips SmartCards. To do so, in TOOLS.INI, under the section [UV2], create a CDBx setting as shown below.
[UV2]
CDB0=UV2\PCARDS.CDB("Philips Smart Cards")
This allows you to access a Device Database file (with the name PCARDS.CDB) stored in the C:\KEIL\UV2 folder. FORUM THREADSThe following Discussion Forum threads may provide information related to this topic. Last Reviewed: Monday, November 15, 2004 | ||||
