RTX166 TINY: USING MULTIPLE PROJECT-SPECIFIC LIBRARIES

Information in this article applies to:

  • C166 Version 3.12
  • C166 Version 4.20

QUESTION

I have several RTX-Tiny projects that use different versions of the RTX-Tiny Library. Since the Linker searches for the RTX library in the LIB folder, I need to copy the correct library to the LIB directory each time I switch projects. Is there a better way of doing this?

ANSWER

Yes. You may add the project-specific RTX-Tiny Library as last file in your project list. When you link your project, the linker will use this library instead of the default library in the LIB folder.
