RTX251: RTXSETUP CAN'T FIND VB400016.DLL

QUESTION
I have RTX251 Version 2.0 and when I try to run the setup program (RTXSETUP), I get an error message reporting that it can't find the file VB400016.DLL. I don't find that file anywhere on my hard drive after the install. How do I fix this?
ANSWER
You need the RTX251 Version 2.12 release. Contact our sales department for an update disk.
